Journey Church invites its members, family, and friends to attend a complimentary viewing of the film Sarah's Oil. Sarah's Oil is inspired by the remarkable true story of Sarah Rector, an African American girl born in Oklahoma Indigenous Terriroty in the early 1900s, who believes there is oil beneath the barren land she's allotted. She stands on her faith through many struggles.

Sarah's Oil is rated PG. While the movie is faith-based, it is highly recommended that parents and guardians visit pluggedin.com to see a movie review before taking youth or children. The movie review will include some movie spoilers. (If you read it or if you have seen the movie, don't spoil it for others! That means "don't say anything about the movie.")
